LIFE is the latest venture in intelligent community. The 100 plus acre masterplan aspires to combine active living with a “Smart community” design to offer the advantages of urban density in a livable environment.
Vision a Plan for Community
LIFE stands for “Living In a Free Environment”. LIFE is a multipurpose commercial and residential development of intelligent communities which promote green living with state-of-the-art infrastructure. By doing this, we will set new global standards in design, construction, energy efficiency and eco-friendliness.

LIFE will be a Carbon Neutral residential development that combines modernized technology, planning principals to create something special with energy and cost-efficient units just being a start. Leaving out skyscrapers and abating a growing trend of more efficient living helps the environment and cut the cost and time of building. We plan to advance the development of renewable energy and clean-technology solutions for a life beyond oil. The steps taken in moving LIFE forward will be by incorporating solar throughout the project as well as sustainable building methods, water harvesting and electric transportation.

Build
LIFE will cover over 100 plus acres and be home to 15,000 people when completed. The project will be built out in Phases of 20 acres.
Phase 1 is structured to host over 3000 units and personal suites, with a collection of restaurants along with well-known established entertainment brands. LIFE main theme surrounds the essence of Technology, Fashion, Music and Film which will be the wheel that turns this complex on its axis to attract future residents from all over the country.

As a valued Member of the life team, you would always be given the opportunity to purchase all Life events (Concert, Shows, sporting events, parties etc.) and residential properties, at team member discount rate.
Life Partner- $1000 and Higher
With partnerships their comes privilege- As a partner you will have a voting right to life community functions. You will be able to purchase or lease space at a significant discount. Your family name will be displayed with the founders that will be located at the main entrance
